Two Days of Free Sessions!
Don't forget! Registration for the complimentary two-day program being presented live on March 28-29, 2023 is automatically included with any of the Tutorial options below.
If you'd like to register for the free conference pass only, please select the first registration option below titled FREE Conference Program Only.
You can register for the free program at any time. However, due to the account setup required, Tutorial registration will close two business days prior to each scheduled Tutorial date. This means the cutoff will be end of day Thursday (3/23) for Monday Tutorials, end of day Monday (3/27) for Thursday Tutorials, and end of day Tuesday (3/28) for Friday morning Tutorials. All new registrations must take place on or before those dates.
Discounts and Fees
Group Discounts: Register and pay for three or more team members together for paid Tutorials (one package per registrant, cannot be combined with the Free Conference Program Only registration option). To register your group online, select at least three registration options from the menu above, and the discount will automatically be applied. No coupon is necessary.
If you wish to register a group of more than 10 for a single registration type, please contact the Registration Team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Professional Membership Discounts: Members of the Data Governance Professionals Organization (DGPO) and/or DAMA are entitled to a discount on their registration fees. Please contact email@example.com for details.
Academic Discounts: Academic discounts are available for full-time faculty and students at accredited institutions. For questions about rates or to apply, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Attendance and Payment Policy:
Access to any session or program that requires payment will not be guaranteed unless full payment is received by DATAVERSITY two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day. Your registration is not considered “confirmed” until full payment is received, so if there are limitations on session capacity, then seats taken by unconfirmed registrants will be replaced by confirmed registrants. If you need to make special payment arrangements different from these stated terms, please email email@example.com.
Other Registration Types
Speakers: You will receive registration instructions in your Speaker Confirmation email.
Exhibitors and Sponsors: You will receive detailed instructions on how to register in your Exhibit and Sponsor kit.
Speaker Replacement or Cancellation
Please understand that agenda adjustments may occur due to changes in the availability of speakers. If a speaker must cancel their participation, DATAVERSITY will make every possible attempt to find a replacement on the same or similar topic. All agenda adjustments will be published at the earliest possible opportunity.
There is no cancellation penalty fee for the FREE Conference Program. All other event policies apply. For Tutorials: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made up to two business days prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day will be subject to a 10% fee, to cover nonrefundable credit card fees and administrative expenses. Cancellation requests received less than two business days before your scheduled tutorial day will not be entitled to a refund, nor will confirmed registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing. However, access to the recorded tutorial will be provided approximately two weeks after the event begins.
Tutorial Changes or Substitutions:
If you’d like to attend a different Tutorial in the same time slot, you will have access to do so.
If you’d like to change your Tutorial selection to a Tutorial within a different time slot, this request must be made by email to email@example.com two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled Tutorial day. Tutorial change requests received less than two business days before your scheduled tutorial day may not be possible due to security and authorization protocols.
Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant with notification sent two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may be made without charge. Substitution of a confirmed registrant with a new (alternate) registrant with notification sent less than two business days prior to the start of your scheduled tutorial day may be possible; however, we are unable to issue a new unique registration login within this timeframe. If you need to request a substitution, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
