Q. Where will EDW Digital 2023 take place? 

A. EDW Digital 2023 will take place live online. We’ll be offering a free program Tuesday-Wednesday, which will take place in the platform MeetYoo (the same platform utilized for EDW Digital 2022).

We will also offer paid half-day Tutorials Monday, Thursday, and Friday morning, also taking place online. These will take place in the DATAVERSITY Training Center

Q. Will the digital event program be different than the in-person event?

A. The agenda for the digital event will be more limited in scope than an in-person EDW program, but it will include the same topics and themes. See more at this link

Q. I've registered. When will I receive the login credentials I need to access the live sessions? 

A. You will receive your unique login credentials via email. Please note that you will receive a separate email for the free program and for each Tutorial you’ve selected, as these programs will take place on separate platforms. 

For the free 2-day program, expect this email to come from Enterprise Data World Digital <> approximately one week prior to the event start. 

For the paid Tutorials, expect this email to come from DATAVERSITY Training Center <>. Please make sure to read the emailed instructions you receive in detail, as the functionality of this platform will be different from the free program. 

Q. Can I earn CDMP credit hours for attending EDW Digital? 

A. All Conference Sessions, Keynotes, and Tutorials satisfy the continuing education requirements of the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®) credential.

Q. How long will registration be open?

A. You can register for the free program at any time. However, due to the account setup required, Tutorial registration will close two business days prior to each scheduled Tutorial date. This means the cutoff will be end of day Thursday (3/23) for Monday Tutorials, end of day Monday (3/27) for Thursday Tutorials, and end of day Tuesday (3/28) for Friday morning Tutorials. All new Tutorial registrations must take place on or before those dates.  

Q. What if I want to change my Tutorial selection?

A. If you’d like to attend a different Tutorial in the same time slot, you will have access to do so.

If you’d like to change your Tutorial selection to a Tutorial within a different time slot, this request must be made by email to two business days or more prior to the start of your scheduled Tutorial day. Tutorial change requests received within two business days of your scheduled tutorial day may not be possible due to security and authorization protocols.

Q. Will the sessions be recorded, and what access will I get as a registered attendee?

A. All registrants will have access to the live and recorded sessions included with their chosen registration package.
